A combination of Group Sessions, Individual Coaching sessions and Workbook Assignments
Group Sessions to introduce new topics (building blocks) and to exchange the learnings you have had with others in your group. You will also have an Accountability partner in this group, you will help each other to stay on track with your goals.
Individual sessions with your Coach in between the Group sessions. The purpose for these are to keep you on track, challenge and stretch you for a very positive outcome of the program. This is your opportunity to dive deeper into your goals and how to make them happen.
The Workbook will help you turn what you learned in the Group sessions into practice. It consists of Assignments that provide further background on the topics we covered, links to interesting video’s and articles as well. The journaling helps to create greater awareness of how all these things play out for you.

Assignments and journaling in the Workbook that you will receive at the start of the program.
