Think of a friend who will join the program with you, as we work with Accountability Partners as part of our program.
We will send you a questionnaire where you can list why you are interested in the program, your goals, what you are trying to achieve.
We will schedule a discussion with one of the country leaders or coaches to explain more about the program and discuss your goals with it. We will also discuss the Agreement we have for this course. This Agreement covers our expectations of you, in terms of attendance, engagement, working with your coach, completing the Assignments in the Workbook. This is important both for you and for the whole group: for you, to achieve your results, for the whole group to ensure good and stimulating group dynamics.
The cost for the program is USD 800 for an individual, if you sign up with an accountability partner it is USD 750 per person. For groups of 8 people or more the cost is USD 700 per person. This covers the Intro session and the 8 group sessions (1.5 hours each), the workbook and the Atomic Habits and StrengthsFinder book (this includes the test as well). It also gives you unlimited access to the monthly FTS Alumni sessions.
Individual Coaching sessions are optional and will be priced separately, as the demands for this vary greatly from one participant to the next. For some participants, regular interaction with their accountability partner is sufficient while others benefit from some individual coaching to complement the FTS program.

You will become part of growing Flip the Switch Professional community
We organize face to face meetings for each cohort on a regular basis, at the moment this is limited to meetings in Nairobi, but we hope over time to expand that.
After graduation, which we normally celebrate with an in person event in the summer, you will become part of the FTS Alumni group. Starting in 2024 we will organize monthly sessions around specific Leadership topics with guest speakers from around the world.
To start creating a strong group dynamic in each cohort we expect full participation and engagement. We will keep the groups limited to no more than 10 participants to facilitate this. You won’t be able to hide behind a blank screen!
You will sign up to the Core Flip the Switch program, as highlighted here on the website. There are various modules available after this Core program, but this Core program is the basis for all subsequent modules.
