Bernhard Brouwer

  • Dutch citizen, retired as senior executive from Johnson & Johnson after a career in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, UK and last 11 years in the US.
  • I always enjoyed mentoring, I wanted to sharpen my coaching skills by following the IPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in coaching) program. Am now a Certified Professional Coach
  • Over the past few years I have developed a coaching practice, I am now focusing on leadership coaching for professionals in their 30s.
  • The approach I most enjoy and which I think is most productive is a hybrid approach of individual & group coaching, supported by a library of video’s, presentations that make the coaching richer
  • Group coaching also provides the opportunity to create a community of people with similar challenges and opportunities
